Jordan Espeseth is the Founder and Co-Owner of DFW Real Producers, leading four thriving publications across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

Originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Jordan grew up immersed in the world of motorsports—competing nationally in a sport called snowcross—before attending North Dakota State University in Fargo, where he earned a degree in the healthcare field.

In 2018, he made the leap to Texas to launch Real Producers, combining his entrepreneurial drive, passion for people, and love for storytelling into a platform that now connects the region’s top-producing agents with the most trusted local businesses.

Through high-level events, impactful publications, and a strong community ethos, Jordan and his team have built one of the most successful Real Producers brands in the country—all while staying grounded in faith, family, and authentic relationships.

When he’s not hosting events or building strategic connections, you’ll find him with his wife Jess, their daughter Ember, two pit bulls (Kia and Bear), and their cat Mia—enjoying the everyday moments that matter most.

As the Co-Owner of DFW Real Producers, my passion lies in building a community of top-tier real estate professionals and sharing the stories of those shaping the future of the Dallas-Fort Worth market. What drives me is not just business success, but the opportunity to create meaningful connections, foster collaboration, and elevate those around me.

My journey to this role was anything but conventional. A native Texan and graduate of Texas State University, I began my career with a 20-year run as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines. That chapter of my life taught me the value of service, adaptability, and authentic connection—skills that became the cornerstone of my next venture.

In 2006, I entered the home inspection industry and founded Inspect360. What began as a one-man operation grew into one of DFW’s most trusted multi-inspector firms, built through a deep commitment to education, teamwork, and doing right by our clients. Along the way, I realized that the key to truly growing our impact was aligning with the most influential agents and businesses in the industry.

That desire is what led me to the Real Producers community.

What started as a strategic move quickly became a labor of love. Through DFW Real Producers, I’ve found my true calling: creating a platform that not only highlights the achievements of DFW’s most influential real estate professionals, but also strengthens the relationships that move our market forward. Every magazine issue, event, and connection is part of a bigger mission—to build a legacy of collaboration, leadership, and community.

Outside the office, I’m a proud husband and father of two amazing boys. My family is my why, and they inspire me daily to keep growing and giving back.
