I have extended experience in large-picture, strategic outlook with effective operations “nuts and bolts” understanding to ensure complete alignment of systems and processes with program/organizational goals.I was recognized in 2009 as one of the top 12 Latino Leaders in the United States by Miller Coors and as one of the 40 under 40 leaders in Arizona by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.I am an alumni of the Hispanic Leadership Institute (NHLI) from Harvard University.
