We offer a full range of structural engineering services which include Building Information Modeling, frame and foundation designs that consider weights, occupancy, environmental loads, and lateral forces. Most mortgage loan officers make the same promises. They’re going to promise a smooth transaction, information at every step, and that they’ll be available to answer your questions and solve problems for you quickly. To me, these are things that all loan officers should be doing, anyway. That is why I take things one step further. On top of what is expected, I want to help my buyers actually land the home they want! When it comes to competitive markets and homes with multiple offers, it is not always the highest offer that wins, but rather the strongest offer. That is why for every buyer who prequalifies with me, I call the seller’s agent to let them know the strength of my buyer’s offer as well as how quickly we are able to close! There are lots of options out there for you to simply get a loan. But I’m here to work alongside you and your agent to help you actually secure your home!I know that there is nothing worse than looking endlessly at homes only to never have your offers accepted. Or maybe even worse, get an offer accepted but then have a problem with your loan down the line and still miss out! Our unique process helps solve these problems. We start by applying sound financial strategies to determine, ahead of time, what your optimal price range and loan products will be; this allows us to communicate on your behalf that you will be able to financially deliver on whatever offer you make! I had a buyer who was just one of 15 offers made on a home in a single day. By communicating with the seller’s agent, I helped that buyer “win” that home despite a competing CASH offer that was $13,000 higher! The client and agent on the sell side want the feeling of security that the transaction is actually going to go through, and we are able to give them exactly that in a very tangible way!
