With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, Cherie Bartels brings both skill and heart to her multifaceted work as Executive Assistant to Coach Fino, publisher of Real Producers of South Central PA and Team Lead of the Coach Fino Real Estate Team, as well as owning her own bookkeeping company.

For the past three years, she has served as the steady, detail-loving support behind the magazine’s monthly production—coordinating communication, managing schedules, connecting with agents, and helping each issue come together with purpose and professionalism.

Cherie’s earlier career includes a decade-long leadership role with a national real estate brokerage, where she oversaw operations, finances, HR, and systems for three offices and more than 100 agents. Her strength lies in building relationships, creating order, and supporting people.

Whether she’s behind the scenes at the magazine, marketing listings and guiding clients through real estate transactions, or helping business owners steward their books with excellence, Cherie is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and unwavering commitment to serving others with integrity.
