Since starting her business, Tonya has successfully completed over 400 closings, including buyer, seller, HELOC, refinance, commercial, construction, and reverse mortgage signings. She is Loan Signing System certified, a commissioned Remote Online Notary (RON), and is known for her ability to lead clients through even the most complex signings with clarity and confidence—whether in-person or internationally through secure RON platforms.
