RCB Bank is pleased to welcome Shannon Egan as a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator serving the Wichita community from the Bank’s Berkeley Square Parkway location.

In her role, Egan works closely with individuals and families to guide them through the residential mortgage process, from application to closing. She specializes in home purchase and refinance lending and is known for her strong focus on education, clear communication and personalized service to help clients make confident financial decisions.

Egan brings extensive experience in banking and mortgage lending to RCB Bank. She spent 10 years with Intrust Bank before transitioning into mortgage lending, where she developed a strong foundation in residential loan products, loan processing and customer education. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside homebuyers, real estate professionals and industry partners to provide reliable guidance in an often complex lending environment.
