Seth Lacher, area manager for First American Home Warranty, is passionate about providing peace of mind to buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals through home warranty coverage. With four years at the company, Seth consistently ranks among the top representatives in the Eastern Division and was recently named Affiliate of the Year by the Memphis Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Beyond his career, Seth’s life is rooted in faith, family, and relationships. Raised in Fraser, TN, he grew up with a strong work ethic and later reconnected with his high school sweetheart, Carrie, whom he married in 2021. Together they enjoy mudding, hunting, and riding ATVs. Seth is also a skilled cook and barbecue competitor, winning first place in the beef division at the Southaven Springfest in 2019.
