T. Scott Galloway has practiced Real Estate Law since 1994, providing strategic guidance in commercial and residential transactions and litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Law Section, past chair of the Oakland County Bar Association Real Estate Committee, and a court-appointed mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court. Scott has been repeatedly recognized in DBusiness, SuperLawyers, and Leading Lawyers magazines by his peers as among the top real estate attorneys in Michigan. He advises individuals, brokers, property managers, title companies, investors, and small businesses offering practical solutions to complex matters including contracts, landlord-tenant issues, boundary disputes, and strategic property planning. Scott has also assisted religious organizations with property acquisition, disposition, and development to advance their core missions. He is active in the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Greater Realtors Foundation, and the Birmingham-Bloomfield Women’s Council of Realtors. Scott is a frequent speaker on real estate law topics at real estate brokerages and trade associations. Scott is former Ferndale Councilperson and a lifetime Sierra Club member. Outside of work, he enjoys home improvement projects, gardening, cooking, camping, and bicycling.
