Rees is an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, and then from Mississippi College School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Having lived in Germantown his whole life, Rees is proud of his community and knows it well. In addition to practicing law, he serves as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Germantown, Tennessee. He is married, and has four children; all boys. Outside of work, Rees enjoys anything with water, including boating, swimming and the beach.
