Matthew J. Kirk is a 15-year mortgage industry veteran and the founder of Momentum Mortgage Partners, powered by Movement Mortgage. Built on a foundation of integrity, consistency, and follow-through, Matthew’s vision was simple: create a client-first, concierge-level mortgage experience where relationships come before transactions and long-term impact matters more than short-term wins.

Together for nearly 20 years with his wife, Elaina—a top-producing real estate agent—the two are a powerhouse duo in the housing industry and a deeply connected team in life. Together, they’re raising a family rooted in service. Their oldest son, Parker, is a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps and father of two young children, Theodore and Emerson. Their youngest, Cullen, is following closely behind, having recently been accepted to Marine Corps Officer Candidate School.

Beyond the mortgage world, Matthew and Elaina are passionate about using their time, talents, and resources to serve others. As board members and active volunteers for Friends for African Development, they’ve helped build wells, churches, schools, and essential infrastructure for the Maasai tribe in Tanzania—a mission that has become deeply personal to their family.

At his core, Matthew believes success in business and in life comes from showing up with character, loving people well, and never losing sight of the opportunity to serve—whether through a mortgage, a mission trip, or a simple act of kindness.
