Marco Mendez is a bilingual professional photographer with MM Triad Photography, a residential and commercial real estate photography company based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Originally from Venezuela, Marco specializes in real estate photography and works with both Spanish and English speaking customers. MM Triad Photography offers listing photos, cinematic video tours, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, aerial drone photos and video, and twilight photography for real estate agents, builders, and Airbnb and short-term rental owners across North and South Carolina.

Marco came to photography after working as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry. When the pandemic hit, he lost his job, and even though he had never worked as a photographer before, he knew he could make it work with the proper training in photography and videography. At the time, open houses had stopped and agents were relying on photos, which he saw as a huge opportunity. Today, MM Triad Photography offers agents a full range of photography and media services in one place, and clients often mention Marco’s professionalism, punctuality, communication, and friendly attitude in their reviews.

The MM Triad Photography team are FAA licensed remote pilots and certified Zillow photographers, and the company has earned more than 100 five-star reviews on Google. MM Triad Photography serves the Triad, the Triangle, Charlotte, Western North Carolina, the Coastal Area, and the Midlands of South Carolina from its office on Green Valley Road in Greensboro.
