Malia M. Williams is a dedicated real estate attorney at Craige Jenkins Liipfert & Walker LLP, licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. Her practice focuses on both residential and commercial real estate matters, where she’s known for her meticulous attention, strong communication skills, and commitment to protecting her clients’ interests throughout transactions.
Malia is actively engaged in the legal community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina and co-chairing the Residential Committee for the Real Property Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association. She also holds memberships in several professional organizations, including the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem, NAIOP | Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and the Forsyth County Bar Association.
