North Ohio Property Inspection performs inspections on homes in Medina, Summit, Lorain, Wayne and Cuyahoga Counties in Northeast Ohio. Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors with memberships to both ASHI as well as NACHI.

We are licensed to perform wood destroying insects inspections for VA loans. We hold an FAA part 107 certificate which is required to use a photo drone for commercial purposes. We use the drone with 4k camera to perform inspections on areas of the roof that many inspectors would not check. We also offer Radon testing and thermal imaging.
