Kim DelFavero, owner of REPS, is a native of Graham, North Carolina. Kim earned her BA from UNC-Wilmington and has been a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2002.

In 2006, she completed the NC Broker-In-Charge course through the NC Real Estate Commission, further strengthening her leadership and industry expertise. With extensive knowledge of the real estate closing process—including lending, inspections, contingencies, short sales, and REO transactions—Kim brings organization, integrity, and attention to every transaction.
