John Lesniewski ("John L.") is the Broker / Owner of RE/MAX United has created an investment model for real estate agents at any brokerage. Under the entity, Spindrift LLC, if an agent introduces an as-is property that is an acceptable deal, then John will make the real estate agent a 50% partner. The agent finds the house, John pays for acquisition and renovation, and the net profit is split 50/50. The real estate agent partner is not required to put up any money.
