Jay Cumbus is the president of Modulus, PLLC, a North Carolina based engineering and consulting firm that specializes in retaining wall design, forensic engineering, and real estate due diligence consulting.

Jay has more than 23 years of experience as a consulting engineer. His work has included projects ranging from single and multi family residential developments to high rise hotels and office buildings,

industrial and manufacturing facilities, shopping centers, hospitals, data centers, and municipal water and wastewater systems.

He has completed projects across the United States and is currently licensed as a professional engineer in North Carolina and Virginia.
