Founder Jarett Vogler, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, started the company after seeing a gap in the inspection industry — too many rushed inspections, too many unclear reports, and not enough real education for clients. He believed there was a better way: combining military precision, technical expertise, and personal integrity into one client-centered process.

What began as a one-man operation with a vision to change the perception of home inspections quickly grew into one of the Triangle’s most respected and recognized inspection companies.

Today, Legacy Home Inspections® serves clients throughout Wake, Durham, Johnston, Franklin, Nash, and surrounding counties, with a full team of certified inspectors and dedicated support staff. We’ve built relationships with real estate agents, builders, and homeowners who value accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through.
