James Wachob, a Memphis native, has built his life and career around two priorities: real estate and family. Starting in home improvement sales, he transitioned into homebuilding before the 2008 recession pushed him to pivot toward investment properties. In 2009, he entered the rental housing market, later developing a successful turn-key model that renovates distressed homes and sells them to investors seeking cash-flow opportunities.

Equally important to James is his personal life. A devoted husband and father, he and his wife, Shelley, stay active in their church, children’s school, and East Memphis community.
