Fred has been a Real Estate Broker in Southern California since 2004 and has closed over 1,000 transactions in his career. Fred currently runs a real estate team, The Fred Sed Group, in Orange County, San Diego County, and Los Angeles County that consists of 30 team members that consistently do over 200 transactions, $125 Million in sales, and $3 Million in GCI annually.

In addition to Fred’s real estate business, he’s a certified national real estate agent trainer for Keller Williams and PLACE. Over his training career Fred has trained over 10,000 real estate agents on various aspects of real estate.
