Donny Williams didn’t exactly plan on becoming one of Georgia’s go-to leaders in home inspections. In fact, when he walked across the stage at Florida State University in 2001, psychology degree in hand (with a minor in Spanish), the idea of crawling through attics and checking foundations wasn’t even on the radar. “I started in pest control right out of college,” Williams said with a laugh. “That career spanned 10 years and laid the foundation for what would become my true passion—building and leading the best home inspection team in the state.”

Born in Austell and raised in Smyrna before moving to Newnan during middle school, Williams always had a knack for people. He discovered early on that success wasn’t just about the work—it was about relationships. “It really started with opportunity—my first job out of college,” he said. “As I grew, I discovered I loved the challenge, the people, and the chance to help others.

That same drive carried me into home inspections, where I could combine leadership, relationships, and service into one career.” That mix of service and leadership has shaped Williams’ path ever since. Today, as the founder of All Atlanta AmeriSpec, he’s been leading his team for 13 years. And it’s no ordinary crew. “Most of our team members joined through trusted relationships and referrals,” he said. “We’ve built our crew on strong connections, and that family-like culture shows in the work we do every day.”
