With over 12 years as a certified home inspector and more than 4,500 inspections completed, I’ve built my career on three fundamental principles: honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. But my understanding of homes began long before I became an inspector.

I have experience in the construction business working alongside family, I spent years learning the trades from the ground up: plumbing, electrical, framing, roofing, mechanical systems, carpentry, and painting, etc. That hands-on experience gave me an intimate knowledge of how homes are built and, just as importantly, what can go wrong over time.

Today, I specialize in the areas that matter most to your family’s health and safety—including home inspection, radon testing, mold detection & testing, allergen & indoor air quality testing, water quality assessment, infrared thermography, pest and termite inspections. My construction background allows me to spot issues that others might miss and explain them in a way that makes sense.

I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, which is why I treat every inspection with the same care I’d want for my own family. My wife and I have been happily married for 30 years and are proud parents to our three children. Our home wouldn’t be complete without our dogs, who remind us daily why indoor air quality and a safe living environment matter so much.
