For almost two decades I've been as frustrated at the mortgage process as many of you have been. The mortgage process is what sucks. A mortgage in and of itself builds wealth. Not everyone has a TOTAL "sucky" experience because the odds fall in their favor. But, for most homebuyers today, the whole entire process SUCKS, according to the stats. If you are a first-time homebuyer, repeat home buyer or property investor, let's just not even go there.
