Ches Townsend is a University of Delaware Civil Engineering graduate who leads House of Townsend’s real estate law department. As an integral part of the family-owned firm, Ches combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach to help guide individuals and families through important real estate transactions. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, and their rescue hound, Charlie, as well as watching football, playing golf, and searching for the perfect burrito.
