With over 15 years as a professional ballroom dancer, Chelsea traveled the world alongside her husband and dance partner, earning a place among the Top 12 competitors in the Professional Smooth Division. After retiring from competition in 2016, she redirected her creative energy toward food, training at Rouxbe Culinary School and earning a professional cooking certification.

In 2018, she launched The Dancer’s Pantry as a culinary blog inspired by seasonal recipes, elegant entertaining, and thoughtful food styling. What began as a creative outlet evolved into a refined exploration of food as both art and shared experience.
