He has successfully represented individuals and entities in resolving highly contentious matters and is recognized for his calm, intelligent approach to litigation involving evictions, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, and breach of contract claims. Following admission to the Michigan Bar, Brian joined Attorney T. Scott Galloway, focusing exclusively on real estate matters. In 2024, they co-founded Galloway & Hommel, LLP, a boutique law firm focused on real estate law and dedicated to providing exceptional, client-centered legal services. Brian is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Real Property Law Section, and the Oakland County Bar Association Real Estate Committee. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, spending time outdoors and being involved in the community.
