Alex obtained his real estate license and started his property management career in 2005 as a Maintenance Coordinator for Town & Country Realty in Colorado Springs. He was soon promoted to Property Manager for as many as 250 homes. In 2010, Alex joined Dorman as one of three Property Managers; he eventually earned the title of Lead Property Manager and then Director of Residential Management and became a Partner in 2018.

Alex has served on many industry boards including serving as the 2013 Colorado Springs NARPM President and the 2022 Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition President. During his years as a member of the Colorado Springs chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, he has been recognized twice as “member of the year.” He was also awarded the “Extra Mile Award” from the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors in 2018 after attending the PPAR Leadership Academy.

Alex has a passion for excellence in the property management industry and for being a champion of private property rights in Colorado. He also founded and moderates the largest Facebook group for landlords in the state of Colorado, the Colorado Springs Landlord Forum.
