Addie Ashworth, founder of Ashworth Home, brings over 20 years of global experience in retail visual merchandising and design leadership. Before launching her own firm, she led international teams and oversaw store design and presentation for a fast-growing retail brand, experience that refined her eye for spatial flow, detail, and the psychology of design.

A RESA® Pro Member and Certified CE Instructor for the staging industry, Addie is passionate about raising the standard of home staging through education, mentorship, and collaboration. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, where she shares her expertise on the impact and value of professional home staging, business growth, and visual storytelling.

She believes staging is for everyone and that it’s an essential part of marketing a home. Every property deserves to be showcased at its greatest potential to achieve the best possible results.
