Jordan Espeseth is the Founder and Co-Owner of DFW Real Producers, leading four thriving publications across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Jordan grew up immersed in the world of motorsports—competing nationally in a sport called snowcross—before attending North Dakota State University in Fargo, where he earned a degree in the healthcare field.
In 2018, he made the leap to Texas to launch Real Producers, combining his entrepreneurial drive, passion for people, and love for storytelling into a platform that now connects the region’s top-producing agents with the most trusted local businesses.
Through high-level events, impactful publications, and a strong community ethos, Jordan and his team have built one of the most successful Real Producers brands in the country—all while staying grounded in faith, family, and authentic relationships.
When he’s not hosting events or building strategic connections, you’ll find him with his wife Jess, their daughter Ember, two pit bulls (Kia and Bear), and their cat Mia—enjoying the everyday moments that matter most.
A proud native Texan and graduate of Texas State University, I hold a degree in English and Communications. After college, I embarked on an incredible 20-year journey as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines. It was during this time I met my wife, Danielle, and together we explored the world before settling back in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In 2006, I transitioned into the home inspection industry, bringing with me a passion for excellence and customer care. My experience in aviation taught me the vital importance of customer service and personal accountability—qualities that became the foundation of my work as a Home Inspector. Over time, I grew my solo operation into Inspect360, a trusted multi-inspector firm with a simple mission: Home Inspections, Done Right. Our focus is to guide clients through the inspection process, making it the least stressful and most educational part of their home-buying journey.
I believe that business is more than just a means to achieve personal success—it is a powerful vehicle to serve others and create opportunities for growth, both for my team and the community. This philosophy drives everything I do, from providing exceptional service to mentoring others in the industry.
My love for learning and sharing knowledge led me to become a TREC Instructor, MAPS Business Coach, and the 2017 Certified ONE Thing Trainer of the Year. Beyond inspections, I am proud to co-own DFW Real Producers magazine and StudioUSA.
When I’m not working or coaching, you’ll find me spending quality time with my wife and our two sons, cherishing the moments that make life truly rewarding.
